Recommendation: 1) enforcement (more frequent patrols & tow the cars, don't just ticket them) 2) barrier to prevent cars from parking there? ("turtles", poles, ?)
Comments: Additional signage was posted, but cars still park there. Some also park on the east side of the road, half on the sidewalk.
